"The staff were attentive, polite and accommodating. When I had a problem with my credit card in Canada, they ensured I could call them without incurring any long distance charges when the collect call was not working. The restaurants were great to eat at and we really enjoyed a massage at the spa after many days of hiking. One suggestion is that you become a Marriott member to get free internet as rooms booked through Expedia often don't include complementary access. Again another example of...

"First night was almost impossible to sleep as there were parties, but the next day they change our room and it was completely different. No noise at all. Very comfortable, except for the showers - the water is not contained and goes all over the bathroom. Besides these 2 issues, the hotel is very comfortable and the staff is amazing, very nice!"
