location is great

Great location in the heart of Siem rep with lots of dining, shopping & massage options around. Close to the night market & pub street. The pool was nice. Also nice that they offer laundry service at reasonable rates. Hotel itself is ok. Breakfast isn’t great but there’s a 24/7 restaurant nearby that is good. No elevator so pack light 🙂 Bathrooms could use more shelves for placing toiletries. Mostly quiet but if your room is facing the pool it could get noisy with the music from the pool area and also there must be a mosque or something right next door because both nights I was awoken around dawn by the call to prayer.

Nice cheap hotel

Nice clean hotel near center. Free airport pick up which is very convienient and nice swimming pool. We stayed 5 days.Only negative that they didnt change sheets and refill sampoo. Generally cleaning is...a quick process. If u dont like noise ask for a room not next to balcony. People smoke there and some times got beers and make noise. Hotel reacted urgently that day and we moved room the next one. Mind there is no elevator.

Excellent Staffs and Great location

Staffs were kind. They always welcome me. They always laugh. When I arrive at the airport, staff (Kosal) welcomed me with a good laugh. Other staff help me to arranged transportation, They were perfect. Room conditions are perfect.

Not nice.

No airport transfer / No free pick up.(Airport is only (15) minutes away from the hotel). Even though free pick up said, refused to pick up and the customers had to hire the taxi. Too noisy of the guests and couldn't sleep at night. No lift, no guest room at the ground floor. Not suitable for old people. Never want to stay again.

Good location

Quiet but only three blocks from Pub Street. Large comfortable room. Helpful staff. Okay breakfast. The pool is a blessing after a day of temple traipsing.

Great hotel

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in a superior double in the 3rd floor. Very clean room. Bed was hard but that us to be expected for cambodia or vietnam. There is no elevator and the 1st floor rooms are actually on the 2nd floor so people with disabilities or who can't do stairs should not stay here. Air con worked great. Wifi wasnt working the first night but was fixed the next day. Within walking distance of lots of restaurants and a 30 min tuk tuk ride to Angkor. Airport shutter is free for pick up only not drop off but it was only $6 in a tuk tuk.

築年数が浅い清潔で便利なホテル

ソクサン通りに面していて中心街より約300m程度入った場所に立地。 レストランやバーも近くにありとても便利で夜は静か！ プールを期待していましたがパンプの故障で水質が悪かったのが残念です。 部屋は広く清潔、水回りの排水も問題なくエアコンの効きも良かったです。 簡素ですが朝食もセットになっていて観光前にさっと食べれます。 Wi-Fiはデータ速度が遅いのでメールやLINEチェック程度と思えば問題ないです。

Economic hotel with good location

Free breakfirst is good, location is good, staffs are nice. But facilities are poor, no elevator and door key cards did not work for 3 times during my 5 days stay. You need walk down and up for 4 floors to get help.

Good budget hotel in good location

Excellent value. Nice pool. Staff is helpful...but need a little improvement with English. Room was clean. Walking distance to night market, restaurants, etc. Great top shelve restaurant about 1 block away-- Mango Cusine. Caters to budget tour groups...I was solo... but didn't bother me. I would stay there again.

OK but would not stay again.

Great location only a 5 minute walk to Pub Street, tour desks, local cheap restaurants, high end eats, laundry, entertainment and street food carts... loved the area. Breakfast buffet was great too. However hotel not worth the price. Been traveling for over 1 month now, and I wouldn't stay here again. Would pay half the price and stay near by. Pictures are inaccurate and rooms are dated. Rooms were very dirty, dust, spiders, etc and bathrooms smelly. Lit incense and it helped a bit. Check in was late and very frustrating and staff speaks no English.

Ótimo custo x benefício

Um hotel simples, com um quarto bem amplo e limpo. A localização ótima para quem quer estar próximo a Pub Street e Night Market. Os Staff's foram atenciosos e muito amigáveis. O café da manhã estava ótimo, havia muita variedade. A piscina era limpa e muito bem frequentada.

不错的酒店

不错的酒店，价格不错，房间也可以，就是上网不好，不流顺。而且没有电梯，浴室没地方放东西，洗澡是很不方便，另外在设计房内布置时没有考累到电插在客户离开房间后还可以有电，不能在客人不在房间的时候充电，而且电插头也不够，早餐平平，没什么选择。员工服务很好，也很热情，补救了不少在设备上的不足。

The breakfast itself is a story.

Very good and very nice.. I liked the breakfast even thou it's close at 9am but it was awesome... Nice staff and housekeeping is wonderful.. I wish I can stay there again and enjoy sitting and chatting by the pool side..

入住愉快，服务员礼貌热情

酒店位置不错，距离PUB STREE和OLD MARKET只有10-12分钟的路程，距离NIGHT MARKET也就7分钟左右的步行时间；然后酒店的早餐还OK，附近的餐馆也不少，门口的路上也有很多TUTU车，所以生活还是挺方便的。酒店的服务员热情有礼，唯一不足的是住了4天打扫卫生时都没有帮我们更换沐浴露、浴袍也没有更换，但其他都有换，房间卫生还是有保证的，让我感到有点奇怪。酒店泳池不大，开放时间是0700-2100，大热天泡一下还是挺不错的。
