My wife and 11Yo stayed for 8 nights and loved the location the most. The staff are very friendly, and helpful when you need local assistance for tours etc... Had our washing done and our clothes came back like new. The room was cleaned daily and beds comfortable.

Everything about the stay for our family of five at Chhaylong Angkor Boutique Hotel was perfect. July was extremely helpful with everything from transportation to tour arrangements and made our stay very enjoyable. Tan sokmet was an excellent tuk tuk driver and gave great tips along the way. We will definitely be back.

The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. The location is just perfect for a walk around. I would definitely go back and highly recommend to everyone.

Staff is very nice, speaks good enough English. 2 pet peeves, there are bugs, lots of bugs outside at night and they sometimes get into the room. Second thing is that getting hot water is a challenge. Sometimes it works and other times it doesn’t. If you can put up with my 2 pet peeves, it’s a great value for your bucks. Lastly breakfast isn’t a Buffett and it’s very pricey for what I got.

This is my 2nd time staying here and I chose it because I wanted to be close to Pubstreet and markets. I brought my family and needed some rooms that were large enough to accommodate them. We booked the family suite with a connected room and it was perfect. I love how large the rooms are. Everything was very clean and the showers are lovely. Great hotel, in the perfect location close to pub street but still quiet. Also friendly staff. I highly recommend Chhay Long Anykor Boutique!

This is my Third stay at Chhaylong Angkor Boutique Hotel and it was Excellent once again, I stay at many hotels around the world and this one is by far the best in Siem Reap. I was enjoying a relaxing time by the pool with other guests who were on a month long trip around Southeast Asia, they said they had stay at many hotels, at least 14 on their trip and they were absolutely thrilled with Chayylong Angkor Boutique, they said it was without a doubt the nicest hotel the have stayed in on their entire trip. I highly recommend this hotel to any and everyone traveling to Siem Reap, you will not be Disappointed. Thank you so much to the entire staff at Chaaylong Angkor Boutique hotel.

This is an absolute wonderful place to stay, The entire Hotel is super clean and very well maintained. The entire staff at this hotel are amazing, they go above and beyond to attend to every guests needs and anything you may need you can be certain they will be there to help. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed was amazing allowing for a good nights sleep, the shower was large with plenty of hot water and great water pressure, the Air Conditioner worked great so I could always cool down after a hot day outside. This hotel truly is a wonder of Siem Reap and I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone. If you are looking for transportation to go any where at all the staff will arrange it for you so you can feel at ease knowing you are in good hands and well taken care of, it is absolutely wonderful.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful, the room was clean, the bed was very soft and comfortable, the Air Conditioning worked great, as well as the Hot water, the staff at this hotel are the absolute best they are so helpful with anything you may need. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to anything you need or the hotel will find very kind and helpful transportation to anywhere if you need. The staff are hands down the best, they will always make you feel like family and go to any lengths to help. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone whether your traveling with family or your a solo traveler its safe, Quiet and always warm and welcoming.

Don’t do it, not even for the price.
We had a very bad experience at this hotel. I reserved a 2 King bed suite and we were given a room with a King size bed and one twin bed and another small “twin bed” but looked more like a couch. There was a terrible odor coming from the bathroom that smelled like sewage, to the point where I almost vomited . We walked into the bathroom with a dead fly (so obviously it had not been cleaned). The towel provided to us had holes. And to top it off, there were cockroaches and that fell from the ceiling light and one on the ground. Management thankfully refunded me $100 but kept the other $150 we paid for the first night. After explaining everything to her, she responded with “the other person who left didn’t tell us there were any of these problems and you should’ve told us last night and I would’ve moved you.” She was very apologetic and offered us 2 rooms free of charge but the experience the first night was so bad, they could’ve paid me money and I wouldn’t have stayed another night. We had an excursion planned for 4:30am so dealing with this issue at 11:30pm was not the best idea. We dealt with it once we got back from our excursion. Part of me feels bad leaving a bad review because I know their business is their money maker but I feel like I need to be honest so folks don’t make the same mistake I did. I had my elderly parents with me and these accommodations were completely unacceptable. I would recommend spending a little more money at a different hotel.

Perfect location close to Pub Street and a quick drive to museums and attractions. Lots of great restaurants in the area. The hotel manager is a fantastic resource, as she will help you book events and transportation if you’d like, for a very fair price. The hotel room was very quiet and just as described. The AC worked great. However, the Wifi was a bit sporadic and struggled with streaming video and Zoom calls. Would recommend getting data if you plan to work or watch videos.
