"We had a fantastic stay at Mughal Suites. Shadi and Diana checked us in and gave us a lovely suite. It was clean, the AC worked perfectly and we had a nice pool view. Diana called us to make sure everything was ok and let us know the name of the person who would be at the front desk after she left. When checking out, they even went through the room to make sure we didn’t forget anything. Parking was easy and ample. We bought the beach passes for the Hilton across the street. "The reception, dining, and housekeeping all wonderful. However- there is a plant out in the 2 flower beds I was poked by, which if the black tip stayed in my leg, could be life threatening. It needs to be removed. Be careful. Hopefully, it has been removed. "

"We chose it because it was relatively cheap and yet had excellent reviews. Very isolated, pool is in rooftop, beach is very small and not very nice. Inside apartment is great. The building not so much. Good customer service from Qstay and Zoya"

"The swimming pool was very cold, when I informed them, they told me that it has heater, which was closed, then they switch on, but unfortunatly it tooks about 6 hours to be hot, which took all the night to ve hot, so we did not enjoy the swiming pool, they should be open from the biginning"

When there was a slight glitch in one of the services, the staff not only have resolved the matter promptly but exceeded expectations in terms of service recovery. "The beach was great. Waiting time for a buggy was often too long at peak times. We wld prefer more Arabic/Indian dishes. Some natural juces w/o added sugar or sweetener wld be great, too. And, pls get rid of these damned plastic water bottles!"

"Beautiful location and great property! The views are spectacular! Rooms are big and comfortable. All inclusive is a great deal, good food variety and deliciousness. Excellent guest service. One observation is the late children activities from 8pm to after 9pm may be a different location would be better. "
