"Upon arrival we ( my wife & I ) greeted by the front desk and we felt very welcome to start our stay, i highly recommend this property, Quite, clean, great customer service, even the owner onsite to welcome all guests. Beautiful pool area, the room are big , close to everything in Djerba. "

Our host, Fawzi, made us feel so welcome and treated us like family. We wish we could have stayed longer!! "Le personnel a l’accueil est désagréable et condescendant. Nous sommes arrivés à 21h on nous a donné une chambre sale avec une chasse d’eau qui ne fonctionne pas et des toilettes qui fuit. Nous étions 4 et nous n’avons que deux draps, quand nous avons demander à changer de chambre on nous a dit que ce n’était pas possible avant lendemain, nous avons donc passé une nuit sans toilette avec deux enfants dont un en situation d’handicap. "Do not confuse 4* Tunisian with 4* UK or you will be bitterly disappointed. On arrival we were given a room in the hotel when I had booked a bungalow and had to go back to reception to ask to be moved to a bungalow. The hotel, bungalows and grounds badly need updating and the mattresses very firm leading to aching joints. Food not hot and very repetitive, drinks very limited and entertainment poor although this may be because it's low season. Staff ok but think they prefer the German and french guests who massively outnumbered us."

"Generally helpful staff can help provide assistance to make up for the staff - the bar comes to mind - who stay busy disappearing into back rooms to avoid the guests. But the helpful staff members well make up for their more elevated colleagues."

"The is our 2nd visit to Djerba and this hotel which a lovely small hotel with great atmosphere provided by the staff who are always friendly and smiling. Most of the staff can speak in multiple languages which makes things convenient. Great location right on the beach and near the best stretches of beach. Breakfast is ok as they don't rotate the buffet selection but there is a omelette station which helps. The hotel was quiet at times we were the only guests at dinner which we didn't mind. "
