"I recently stayed at Marina Rabat Suites and Apartments, and the experience was far from what I expected. The biggest issue was the air conditioning, which was only available in one bedroom and the living room—not all three bedrooms as we assumed. It wasn’t cooling properly, and despite being told there was a leak, it never got fixed, leaving us uncomfortable day and night. The lack of a fan made it worse. Service was disappointing as well. "It was a good stay for the price I have paid. Thanks to Kensa for letting us check out late. Just few things could’ve been better. Hangers in the wardrobe. Kitchen could have have been a bit more equipped. But overall it was an amazing stay. Will recommend to others."

"The property is very clean and has all the basic requirements in a the apartment barring a iron. There breakfast is limited to a range of 4 to 5 options with no option of any fresh fruits or cereal available at all. Which was a bit of a bummer. Very good staff on the whole barring one lady at breakfast who wouldn't give tea in a kettle like previous staff and we had to pay for extra cup of tea. "

"When traveling with family, the first thing you concern about is the comfort of your family, this place has it all, the service is great, all over, inside the room and outside, in the entire hotel. The restaurant at the fifth floor is an amazing place… I write this review not only because I appreciate this hotel, but because other hotels don’t have these things…, other hotels focus on the place, outside appearances and leave the room without any services… "

"Suite was set up nicely. Property is close to the mall and taxis. I would have given an excellent review except there were no towels and the shower was leaking. Was a beautiful room and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again. "

"Location was excellent and the host was extremely gracious!"

"This property is far from the city center without a transport facility. You can not find a Taxi even. I left the property around 5 am to catch my flight at 6h50 to Paris. I got into the car, and then the owner came and took me to check the rooms and, most importantly, the "Towels". I felt embarrassed, and his behavior was rude. I never had such an experience while visiting 60 other countries. Hotels.com should take out this property from their list. "

"The guy spoke to us over the phone the day before and told us to call when we were 15 min out. We called and the guy refused to tell us where the apartment was, refused us to stay, and took the money for the apartment rental. We were in the middle of the street with our suitcases and had nowhere to stay for the 3 nights we rented."

"They do have good service, staff who can speak different languages but the room upgrade we had was very disappointing. It needs to be renovated. They need to lower the air fragrance , it is too strong, it causes head. They charge too much for a bottle of water over $8. I had chicken couscous from room service and that was $62. "

Excellent choix d’hotel

"Hôtel situé à quelques minutes de marche de la gare et pas très loin à pied des principales attractions touristiques. Hôtel récemment rénové, excessivement propre, les planchers sont en céramique ou en bois, sans tapis. La chambre comporte plusieurs espaces pour déposer nos valises. La literie est de première qualité blanche sans tache et le lit très confortable. Déjeuner simple mais correct avec choix de café. "

Okay hotel in Rabat

"Okay hotel in Rabat. Staff were friendly and helpful. Some furniture was old and towels weren't new. Breakfast was good. The hotel is a quiet area, but there was construction work going on in the neighbouring building and it got a bit noisy during the day on one of the days we were there."
