Stayed there a few months ago and some staff were great while others were ok with their service. The food was good and plentiful but very much the same catering for more European needs. It would be nice to have more Asian type meals. We were given a great room where everything works. I would recommend this hotel for the price and location.

my stay with this hotel

was excellent all staff was much caring as i also am not so mobile with the use of a push roller they gave attendance to any need s without making me to feel uncomfortable or making request which was not having to be a pain for that absolutely fantastic stay of 5 days i would have love to had more time there and will not hesitate to go back there and highly recommend even as i was amongst mostly German people who were lovely bunch to meet thank s much to all the staff much happy with you all

An der Rezeption hat sich der ein oder andere große mühe gegeben, leider kam es auch vor das das Handy wichtiger war als der Gast.Der junge Bagagist war die ganzen Tage über auch nicht sehr freundlich, zu niemanden. Für den Preis war das Zimmer völlig okay, die Anlage ist klein und auch schon etwas älter, aber sauber. Das Service Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Danke Fadime.

Merve Sun Side

Odaya ilk girişimizde temizlik vasattı. Yapılan yorumumu dikkate alıp iki hanımefendi ilgilnendi ve gerçek bir temizlik yapıldı. Yemekler fazla ve lezzetliydi alkoller iyiydi. Denizin dışı kum içi taşlıktı, hafif dalgalı ve bulanık sayılabilirdi ki sidenin böyle. Otel çalışanları çok üzgün ve bıkmış gözüküyordu. Tip olmadan iyi geçinemiyorlar anladığım kadarıyla bu yüzden döviz tip verebilecek turistlere ekstra önem gösteriyorlardı. Umarım çalışma şartları düzelir. En büyük sorun misafirler şezlongları havluyla rezerve etmesi nispeten anlaşılır ama akşam yemeği masasını da o şekilde rezerve etmişlerdi. Bütün masalar dolu olduğu için iki aile masa bulamadık. Havuz tarafındaki garsona söylediğimizde kendisinin bu işe karışmak istemediğini söyledi. Yetkilisine gideceğimiz söylendiğindeyse, agresifleşip kaldırın havluyu ama ben karışmıyorum diyip kaçtı. Durumdan çekindiği için hemen isim kartını çıkarttı. İsmini söylemeyeceğim ancak bence otel yönetimi bu “rezervasyon” durumuna el atmalı ve çalışanlarını tutumlarını uyarması gerekiyor. Накрученные отщывы за более чем скромный отель

Парковка за отелем в кустах, не освещаемая, невозможно соориентироваться если приезжаете в тёмное время суток. Не помогли с багажом, в целом, не дружелюбный персонал. Завтрак организован так что все гости стрят две очереди, за горячим потом за напитками. Еду накладывает персонал по сврему усмотрению, соки разведенные, кофе в бумажном стаканчике ужасный. На стоое нет приправ, сахара, здоровенный санитайзер и приборы. В номере давно не было ремонта, пол из ламината очень пошеркан , мебель грязная и потертая, в целом не очень. Душ в санузле без дердателя, на краничке. Пляжа сврего нет, как до него дойти на ресепген нам просио в сторону моря махнули рукрй и все.

The hotel was very good the service was excellent from the staff, drinks was good but our only problem was the food, not much choice and was the same each day and that was on all meals throughout our stay but we understood that to the epidemic that’s going around at this present time, we will be going back and hopefully we will enjoy our stay even more

Veldig fornøyd med renhold og hva de har til rette lagt i disse covi-19 tidene ,,,,utmerket og det får deg til å føle seg trygg....De som jobbet tett ved deg var kjempe hyggelige..blide og tak gjerne en prat med ett glimt i øyet...vi var der i 14 herlige dager ,,,anbefaler dette hotellet på det varmeste,,,eneste som kan bli bedere er WIFI...mye problemer med den...og at de utvider tv canalene til noen engelsktalende også...ble litt kjedelig med bare BBC World News.....som man kunne forstå... jeg reiser garantert tilbake til dette hotellet,,,maten var også veldig bra og med godt utvalg av blant annet salater.. Så veldig fornøyd med denne turen med min kjære.....

Performans fiyatın üzerinde.

Ramazan Bayramı tatilinde ailece gittiğimiz tatilde umduğumuzdan fazlasını bulma şansımız oldu bu otelde. Öncelikle otel 4 yıldız değerlendirmeyi buna göre yapmak gerekir, bazıları bu otelde 5 yıldız hizmeti aramış yorumlarda bu belli oluyor. Girişte hotels.com rezervasyonunda sorun yaşadık fakat bizi 12.30 da yemeğe alarak bir saat içinde odamızı verdiler. Oda çok temiz bakımlı ve yeni. Klima konumu çok iyi üzerinize üflemiyor. Televizyonda tüm kanallar mevcut, internet tam çekiyor. Yemekleri ben beğendim her gün her öğünde hem tavuk eti hem de siyah et olan yemekler var, çorba iyi sebze yemekleri bol ve çeşitli. Salatalar çeşitli ve taze, pide sürekli çıkıyor. Mezeleri tatmadım. Kahvaltı çok iyi sürekli sebzeli omlet veya sade omlet var, tost malzemesi var tost yapabilirsiniz. Peynir çeşitleri güzel, çocuklar için kahvaltı çeşitliliği güzel. Çay kahve ve soğuk içeceklerde sınır yok ve hizmet güzel, ben kalmadı diye bir şeye rastlamadım. Yemekten sonra havuz başında pişi ve gözleme sürekli var. Havuz güzel, otel bahçesi çocuklar için çok iyi. Gece bir çorba veya tatlı servisi daha oluyor. Akşam eğlenceleri güzel fakat zenginleştirilmesi. Türk gecesi güzel yemekleri de bir okdr çeşitli ve güzel. 3 yaşındaki çocuğumuz için odaya gayet güzel bir yatak koydular, park yatak değil daha büyük ve rahat bir yatak. Kısaca yemekler fiyata göre ön planda eğlenceli çevresi güzel tüm imkanlar market ve mağazalar mevcut. Fiyat/performans bakımından performansı fiyatın üzerinde.

Hyvä ruoka

Hotellin paras puoli on hyvä ruoka ja oma ranta, jossa myös all inc palvelut. Muuten hotelli ihan ok. Altaalla ahdasta ja musiikki liian kovalla. Palvelu pelasi hyvin. Paitsi, että tullessa meidät laitettiin n.20neliön ahtaaseen koppiin. Olimme varanneet 40neliön perhehuoneen! Saimme seuraavana päivänä toisenlaisen huoneen, mutta emme edelleenkään perhehuonetta, jonka olimme varanneet. En menisi uudestaan tähän hotelliin.

Oda hizmeti ve personel harika... hizmetlilerden sorumlu hanımefendi oldukça profesyonel, dolayısıyla da oldukça kaliteli bir hizmet ortaya çıkmakta... yemekler ve içecekler gayet kaliteli. Otelin konumu güzel antik kente yakın. Süleyman demirel bulvarında... Olumsuz gördüğüm yönlerden biri otopark. Otelin arkasında toprak bir alan, otele yakışmıyor... hamam çalışma saatlerinde her zaman kullanıma açık değil, müşteri var deniyor. Kapalı havuz var lakin hava soğuk olmasına ve müdür bey dahil yetkililere dile getirmemize rağmen kullanıma izin verilmedi, önemsenmedi bile... oysa defaatle konakladığım kamelya ve klas gurup otellerinde kapalı havuz, hamam ve saunayı gece dahil kullanmıştık. Odada Wi-fi yok (oda no 2513) Gönül rahatlığıyla konaklanabilecek bir otel ancak bundan sonra daha komplike bir otel tercih edeceğim..

Hôtel et personnel très décevants et arrogant.

Hôtel très bruyant, vitre non doublées avec bruits de la route et de l'intérieur. Beaucoup trop d'enfants non cadrés, musique à fond jusqu'à minuit, tous les soirs. Horaires des repas non respectés. Linge de toilette changé 1X par semaine. Personnel nonchalant, pas d’ascenseur pour 3 étages avec valises. Le personnel (à par à la réception) ne parle pas et ne comprend pas l'Anglais. Literie de très mauvaise qualité. Coffre fort disponible mais payant, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué. Wifi non disponible dans tout l'hôtel et de rès faible débit.
