The room was good except that it was very cold, the radiator was turned up high but the room never got warm. The duvet was only Summer weight so we had to use a towel and our coats to try and keep warm. Breakfast was continental and good, but a full English would have been preferred after a cold night! The ladies who served breakfast were lovely. We had dinner in the restaurant which was very good.

Overnight stop, Friendly staff, kept kitchen open a bit for me. Real ale. Rooms spacious and clean, though bathroom a little tired. Great Bath towel Great breakfast

Had a one night stop over stay here, the accommodation was spotless and the bed was super comfy. Spent the evening in the pub, which is beautifully decorated, warm and inviting. We didn't have a meal but did order a cheesecake which was absolutely delicious. All the staff were friendly, warm and inviting and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was included and very delicious. Thank you

Highly recommended!
Really lovely cosy and friendly pub, with rooms in little dog-friendly houses across the car park. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Lovely staff who adored our dog and couldn’t do enough for you. Highly recommend this pub.

Lovely accommodation and service.
Absolutely lovely accommodation, exactly as the photo. Bedroom and bathroom were clean and tidy. Super walk-in shower in the bathroom, which was spacious. Nice breakfast (I did manage to resist the fry-up), and the croissant, butter, jam an coffee were delicious.

A little shabby around the edges, but excellent everywhere it matters. Food was very good, steak & Stilton pie one of the best I’ve ever had! If you’re in the area, I would highly recommend The Burlton Inn (although from the sign outside it appears to be looking for new owners).

Used as a stopover for one night. Room Comfortable with everything you need. Evening meal in the bar was enjoyable, Chicken & Chorizo pie was very good. The bar itself though not busy was a good mix of friendly locals and guests. Staff very friendly and helpful. We would stay again

Homely stay. Excellent value.
Ok, worst bits were mould on shower and a shower head that would not stay on. Overall, however, it was wonderful. The service in the bar was excellent and the food delicious. At breakfast Rosie was an awesome host and the saysages were some of the best we have tasted. The room was clean and comfortable. A wonderful stay.

Comfortable night’s sleep
Stayed at the Burlton Inn overnight. Comfortable bed, great breakfast, nothing too much trouble. Downside, toilet door jambed and unable to access toilet in the morning, but swiftly rectified. Would I stay again,yes, as all other factors outweigh the problem.
