Room was clean. Needs updating. Bathtub is peeling, very slippery also; we put a bath rug in tub to prevent slipping; chair in sitting area had threads pulled from I guess a pet & was super uncomfortable; bed was fairly comfortable however about 10” off floor (& for elderly people like us, not very convenient to get in & out of). Breakfast was good. We asked for complimentary bottled water on our way out & desk clerk said we couldn’t get complimentary water since we’re not honor members!! She did give me one bottle & said next time I have to pay.. ( for a bottle of water!! We spent $400 staying at this place!! Really!!) not staying there again! Sorry.

This was one of the most customer service friendly hotel my family & I have ever stayed at. From the time we checked in until we left everything was great! The breakfast staff and food was hot fresh & amazing. The rooms was nice and clean. I booked 2. I will choose this hotel again every time I’m in the area without question!
