Well I will start off by saying the manager a lady that wore red glasses if very unprofessional and can’t listen or explain anything to a customer she let a employee go home because she was wrong and it was know she called the police on me because she could not EXPLAIN TO THE CUSTOMER THER CHARGES I HOPE SHE WILL BE FIRED BECAUSE I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO HIGHER MANAGEMENT

Cant complain at all. Wonderul people that work there. The rooms could use a little more attention and the tub did have rust on the bottom of it. Other then that though id definitely stay again.

The front desk staff were wonderful. We had to switch rooms 3 times. The first room was extremely hot and we could not control the temperature. The second room had a machine running to fumigate it and it said to use only in spaces that no one is in.

The first room they gave us had a broken toilet with ceramic pieces all over the bathroom floor and water running all over the floor and bed had been slept in. The second room didnt have towels and the lights didnt work.

Was pleasantly surprised by this one night stay. After traveling all day in pouring rain, I was not in a mood to do anything but sleep. The staff was pleasant and helpful. So the hotel is a little bit beat up with normal wear and tear. It was a great stay!

The room was nice and cool, television had a variety of channels and there was an iron, ironing board and a blow dryer in room. We also liked having the refrigerator and microwave. We didn't like the poor lighting, poor room service (no clean towels, bed left unmade). Ice maker on floor was broken. No boiled egg with breakfast.

I got checked into a dirty room. The second room there was a dirty sock in the room. The light was out in the bathroom. The water pressure to the faucet sink was horrible. My room door was left open all day luckily nobody didn’t steal anything. They need to hire people that are competent. The only person there that was nice to me was Tatiana.

The a/c unit would work properly. Every 30 minute it would shut off an not come back on until you shut it off to rest . Hot water took forever to get hot . Water was leaking around window seal
