"Great checking in experience. We arrived very early due to attending a wedding so we were just leaving our bags there initially but the staff said the room was ready which took the stress off the day. Great family room very clean and tidy. Spacious with everything you would need like a hairdryer and ironing board and iron. Great location beaides the train station and tram stop. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Nottingham. The night staff on reception were very chatty and friendly. Great experience. "

"Stayed for 2 night's in your hotel. Very helpful receptionist (Gemma) who helped with an extra lamp for the as it was a little dark. Also a fan due to my husbad been very warm. Nothing was to much trouble and all with a smile. The room was very clean and plenty of clean towels and toiletries. Tea/coffee making equipment was lovely. Small fridge with x2 bottles of water. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety to suit all. Definitely recommend this hotel. "
