"Wonderful stay here! Stayed in August, air conditioning worked perfectly. Easy check in/out. We had luggage delivered to the hotel from Kyoto, easy to pick it up from the front desk. "The property is right in front of Takayama station and accessible by car. There are coin parking lots nearby as well as souvenir shops. Plenty of dining options as well around the area. We had the opted for breakfast at the hotel and it was very well organized with a selection of Japanese and Western food, very much enjoyed the pancakes and yakitori that were cooked to order."

"The smell in the house is awful everything smells like old mold and nothing is updated. Its very cold downstairs and hot upstairs. If you like smelly clothes and short to railroad this is it.
