"My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel was very clean and quiet, no noisy guests. Staff were wonderful, always friendly and wanting to help. The room was much smaller than we are use to, but then we did not spend a lot of time in our room. The room itself was very clean and exceptionally efficient. The bed sat higher off the ground so that luggage would fit underneath. The bed was very firm but superbly comfortable. The only complaint we had was the laundry facilities. There was only a small handful of machines to service 31 floors with potentially hundreds of people at any one time. "

"Large hotel that is pretty close to the Shinjuku train station though the station is quite large so still involves some walking to get to the trains. It’s very close to the Tokyo Metropolitan government building that has the free outlook of the city. Our room was quite spacious with two double sized beds, a closet area, a couch and a bathroom with a shower/tub. We only stayed for one night so didn’t try the restaurants. "

"This property has a great location, which is very close to the Shinjuku market, and also close to the the Shinjuku market. It had good eating places near by. The hotel is very self sufficient, it had everything one would need, and very neat and clean. The hotel has all modern amenities. We had a very good experience at this property. "
