"Brooks & Dawn took care of us over the weekend with a Multitude of Customer Services Second to None. We have been coming to Naggs Head Inn for the last 5-6 years and the Tradition will continue if their Services Remain the Same! We Love the Naggs Head Inn and their Staff and will be back next year. Our 1 complaint that doesn’t effect this Survey is Our Shower Curtain in Our Bathroom was a foot to short and the floors were very wet which we cleaned up every morning. "Good hotel for a quick over night or 2. Stayed here in March weather wasn't quite warm but good enough for a beach trip. I took a dog and all pets stay on first floor. Hotel is right on the beach and close to many restaurants. Liked that they had an indoor pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast is paid so we didn’t get any, staff checked us in easily and were friendly. It’s not a fancy place but it’s a good stay and love that every room has a balcony. Would stay again "

"Super clean, everywhere - in their facilities and in the rooms. Room obviously had newer flooring, furniture and fixtures, but the structure, hvac, and showers desperately need updating. Room had a musty smell, likely from the age of the building and the old hvac vents and piping. Thats really my only complaint. Beds and furniture were comfy, the amenities - their quality and abundance - were outstanding. Towels were actually soft, as was the toilet paper. Customer service was above and beyond....
