"The apartment is well located and vonvenient - it's a 8 minute walk to the Hakata Station. It is true to description but well equipped especially thd kitchen. Thr bathroom was excellent as it's modern and thr ling bath is superb. Management was super helpful and responsive to every query andvrequest we made. Value for money. "

"숙소위치는 철길 옆이나 소음이 심하지 않다. 전반적인 숙소의 상태는 양호 했으나, 세탁기는 점검이 되지 않았으며, 거름망에 먼지가 정말 매우 많아 세탁기 사용 자체에 대한 의미를 모르겠다. 일반적인 호텔과 차별점이 세탁이 가능하다 인데 그 의미가 없었다."

"部屋が1階のエントランス側で出入りが激しく、皆エントランスを開けるのに戸惑ったり、スムーズに開かない為ガチャガチャと荒々しく開けようとする音がうるさく、何度か私自ら開けに行きました。部屋は昭和初期って感じですね、サイトで見た写真と違って薄暗く、壁には結構傷があり、ちょっと後ずさりしてしまいました。上の階の足音もかなり響きます。夜8時から夜中1時過ぎまで、何をしているのか、ずっと部屋を行ったり来たりする足音。耳栓も役にたちませんでした。クローゼットに入ってた掛け布団、1番下に置いてあったものは黄色くなっていて、使うのを断念。ゴミを分別しなきゃいけない事が書いて有りましたが、分別専用の袋は見つからず、、、お掃除の方に聞いたら、そのまま部屋に置いておけばいいとの事。それならばゴミ分別のメッセージ削除して欲しいです。終いにはお風呂にゴキブリ。ひとつだけ良かった事は、オーガニックや無添加の製品を使っている事です。"

"The property is great for families, with ample space. It's only a few minutes walk to local bus to get to Hakata Station which is about 10 minutes away. There is no manned checkin, just a do it yourself process which was ok. No one to help order taxis or assist with issues with room such as no knives or cooking items like a saucepan. Overall we were happy with it, is better than staying in a small hotel room."

"간단한 조리(간편식)정도 하고싶었는데 조리도구, 수세미나 주방세제가 없어서 포기 (작은 냄비하나, 물컵4개, 인덕션, 커피포트가 전부) 컵라면 물 끓이는 정도는 가능하겠으나 남은 음식물 처리가 어려울 듯 하여 아무것도 조리 하지 않음 전체적으로 룸 컨디션 정말 좋았으나 샤워룸에서 하수구냄새 올라와서 냄새에 예민한 나는 건조 포기하고 문 꼭꼭 닫고 생활했음 세탁기있어서 캡슐세제 가져갔으나 세탁기 먼지제거(청소)가 안되어있어서 검은 빨래에 붙어나옴 건조기능이 있지만 우리나라 건조기와 다르니 널어서 말리는 것을 추천하지만 빨래줄이나 옷걸이 넉넉히 챙겨가시길. (기본 옷걸이 4개 있음) 그러나 이 모든걸 따져봐도 위치도 탁월하고 가격까지 좋아서 다음 후쿠오카 방문에도 MK호텔 이용할것임!"

"I had a terrible experience. I arrived with three kids and my elderly parents, tired at 8 pm. There was no receptionist. The doors of the hotel were closet and all the instructions to check in were in Japanese. The check in process required to call a Japanese land line. I couldn’t call because my e-sim only allowed calls through WhatsApp or FaceTime. I had to borrow a phone from a person that was passing by. "Our accommodations were very spacious and clean. There is no parking on site, but there are many parking options very close to the combinations we were in for the sumo tournament and it was a perfect location Especially for the Waterfront area. It is about a 10 minute cab ride from Hakata station."

"First time staying in a grand base and we were all really impressed. The room was brand new, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen area was excellent and the washing machine inside the unit was very useful. "

"Room is a good size for family of four. Kitchen counter is a bit dusty this can be improved. No parking on site but many parking lots nearby. Convenient stores and drugstore nearby. Checkout time is 10am, the staff would knock on your door at 10am and wait for you to leave the room. "

"Hotel Oriental Express Fukuoka Tenjin is a 3-minute walk from Tenjin Station, so the location is really convenient and good. The staff is also very friendly, and since there are many Korean guests, there are staff who can speak Korean. The room size is small, but clean, and there is enough space to fully open the suitcase. The bathroom is also very clean. If I come to Fukuoka again, I would like to stay at this hotel again."

"The bed was okay but not great. The pillows were the worst part of the stay. It was like sleeping on rocks. Everything else was a solid good experience."
