"I'd be happy to stay here again for the comfortable bed and room, affordable price, and swimming/fitness center. The room was quite nice; I slept well; the bathroom and Evelyn and Crabtree toiletries were great. It wasn't as easy to work, though, as the internet was spotty. "We were late coming in from Beijing and they ran out of the single rooms. They just put use each in a suite without batting an eye lid! Great service; I was impressed that even the restaurant waitresses were attentive to the guest needs even when we weren’t asking. We were having a bit of difficulty with the chopsticks on the lamb ribs and the next moment I know, a pair of fork and knife was place in front of me. Great service!"

"Mostly good. The security deposit requires you to pay quite a lot of extra RMB at checkin. Also, there's no foreign currency exchange service despite claiming to have one in their service list book. Location is the best, at the centre of a happening city. "
