"Very nice, modern hotel, set within the parklands of west Shanghai. Plenty of recreational activities and walking nearby, along with Happy Valley Shanghai theme park (which isn’t that happy!!). Overall a nice stay, although AC wasn’t activate due to the hotel not using the central chiller. Room was a rather unpleasant 25 degrees at night, even with balcony door open. The second night they gave us a fan…! "

"首次接待台港及外籍旅客，所以在入住時，櫃台人員費了一番周折才辦妥手續。舊式旅舍入住2樓的家庭房3晚，離我們要去的景點/西佘山很近，從房間窗戶就可以看到。附近有公車、小超市、大型水果批發店，稍遠處有不小的商場圈。交通及吃飯都很方便。舊式住宿房間燈很亮，我喜歡。一如果不介意床的舊、硬，但寢具是很清潔的。其實以每晚台幣約1000元的房價，cp值不錯。"

"Ok. So where do we begin. This is one of the nicest hotels anywhere (it does have a lot of awards) but then the A/C on the room does not work... After calling every four hours they send somebody who pretends to do something and you are back to begging for a colder weather so you don't have to sleep on whatever ambient temperature the city decides to throw at you. So my question is: Why invest in one of the best hotels in the world only to save some bucks on the A/C? Seriously?"

"My stay at Shanghai Wonderland was an amazing experience. The food tasted amazing, the property was extremely well managed and the nightly events were excellent. The part that I mostly enjoyed during my stay however was the amazing staff who were all extremely polite and friendly. "A very nice hotel, newer with comfortable rooms. It has a nice pool that you do not need to pay extra for and the breakfast dining arra is very pleasant. There was a young man in the concierge who was very helpful. The locatuon is ok. It is quiet but there is nothing right outside. However, it is still convenient to get to place in the vicinity. "

"I took this hotel for the price. They were undergo some roadwork around but as we were high, it didnt bother us. Hotel is Hilton style, comfortable and cosy. Clean, staff speak English. Closevtp Hongxiao Airport and Train. Only thing , a little far from the subway. Still I wont forget about it and maybreturn. "

"I stayed at the hotel for 5 days, to begin with, I asked for a non-smoking room and I had to be transferred on day two to another one because the people above me were smoking and the smoke came into my room. The entire staff speaks very poor English and it is truly hard to communicate with them. Although I encountered the above issues, the quality of the food was excellent, and the chef's staff was truly cordial and knowledgable. "

"Overall it is a nice place with convenient access to major transportations. The hotel is quite old in particular with in unit bathroom sink drainage that I need to pull out the knob to let water flow down. This is something needs to be looked into. Breakfast buffet is fine. We stayed for just one night just for next day activity planned in the area and location is good, with free parking included. "
