I’m very unhappy with our recent stay @ your hotel and I will discuss a few of the issues we encountered. I called earlier in the afternoon to request a late check-in for a room on floor 2 or 3; but upon arrival @ midnight, we were given a room on the bottom floor directly across from the only elevator because “all dogs must be on bottom floor” as we had my 7 lb crated Yorkie with us. The room was semi-clean, there ware snack food wrappers in the corner; tv didn’t work until day 2; had to use the heater nights 3-4 & it literally sounded like a plane taking off. Despite the best efforts of three kind & empathetic front desk employees, the “on-site” manager was not available when I asked to speak with one 3 times during our 4-night stay. Needless to say, I will NOT stay at this hotel again.

It is a decent place to stay for a day or two. We had to check out a day earlier because even though the website says it’s pet friendly, they make you sign a paper that you will not leave the dog in the room alone. We always leave our pet alone at home and we’ve done it at many other hotels without a problem, we were not able to visit some of the places we wanted to because we did want to have any issues with the hotel. Breakfast was good, except for the eggs which felt like plastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful!
