Wonderful B&B. Spotlessly clean, on a quiet street but only an 8 minute walk (downhill) to a bunch of nice restaurants on Wellington. The 12 minute walk back up is good exercise! King bed, Louis XV style furniture and wall coverings. Breakfasts were nutritious and delicious—-scrambled eggs with mushrooms or pesto; yougurt with fresh fruit, artisanal bread, cheese, and any type of coffee or tea. Hats off to Tan and her partner, now in their 24th year!

We were welcomed from the moment we made the reservation and throughout our stay. Everything was perfect - the comfy bed, the beautiful French decor, the delicious healthy homemade breakfast, and of course, our gracious hosts. The Inn is well located in a nice neighborhood, and we took a nice stroll past a waterfall to the commercial district for dinner (if you go, bring your own wine). I highly recommend a stay at the Marquis de Montcalm Inn

This is a wonderful place to stay. We had the top floor room with an ensuite. The room is uniquely decorated, extremely clean with a very comfortable king size bed. The breakfast was fabulous and filling. The proprietors were wonderful and went out of their way to ensure their guests had everything they needed. Many restaurants within a 10 minute walk.
