"We had a wonderful stay with our three children in the two bedroom harbour view room. The room was lovely and clean and the hotel facilities such as the pool were great. When we arrived at the room the bunk beds were much too high for our older kids (3 and 5) so we had to put them in the queen bed and the adults used the bunk beds. Not a fault with the hotel but something to be aware of if you have young children. We also found the floor got really messy quickly so a hand vacuum or small brush...

"Nice receptionist who offered us room upgrade. Actually the property was full of guests when we entered into restaurant for breakfast. Some of them should be frequent visiting guests or long term tenants. Very good environment."

"I love everything about this hotel. Clean, well maintained property. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms with ample of sunlight and stunning view. The neighborhood is very walkable with lots of excellent restaurants and shops nearby. Will definitely stay here again for my next visit. "

"Nice hotel with courteous staff. Everything was good, except for the size of the room which is a bit small. But knowing how expensive the property market is in HK and the very reasonable room fee they are charging, we have no complaint at all!"

"When we arrived they had cancelled our second room again no notification was sent but they did find a second room for us at a better rate the the one from hotels.com the rooms are very small but worked for our stay as the location was great , the place could use a good cleaning but we have had worse during our travels, at that price it was Ok"

"This is a really nice hotel with a lot of dining options in the food hall, there is a separate area on the lower floor for a very comprehensive breakfast Chinese and western options available all to a high standard, a nice social area in reception To hang out or meet clients, The rooms were just very slightly dated, but overall very clean and everything you need in the room, including an iron and ironing board, Safe and small fridge, A Special thank you to Claudia who is a credit to the hotel as she was very helpful and very informative of the local attractions, Would definitely stay here again."

"First class service from the moment we arrived (special thanks to Gary on the front desk), and the views of the harbour are stunning. Room was spacious, but having stayed in many Shangri-la properties this one feels a little dated and could benefit from some refurbishment. "

"We arrived in Hong Kong early in the morning and, while we couldn’t check in right away, we were offered an upgrade for just USD 30 per night—a great value! We’re so glad we took it, as the upgraded room was spacious at 350 sq. ft., located on a high floor with a partial sea view, and in a newer, quieter tower. The bed was very comfortable, with a firmer mattress that provided excellent support, and the bathroom was large with double vanities—such a nice touch! The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to both Jordan and Tsim Sha Tsui by walking through Kowloon Park. There are also plenty of dining options in the nearby shopping centers. The front desk and concierge staff were incredibly helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again! "
