"I am obsessed with the property and the bus! My husband and I stayed for a night with our three toddlers while taking a night off from section hiking the AT. We all slept in the king bed in the back which was INSANELY comfortable. The hosts are a super sweet little family. Our laundry was done for a small fee very quickly. "The proprietor, Ed, took pride in the establishment. There was time taken and attention to detail in the room, as well as the outside of the Inn, being decorated for Christmas. The room was clean and very accommodating. The Inn was in walking distance to dining, shops, and the train depot. I would definitely stay at Calhoun Inn & Suites again and highly recommend it to those travelling to that area, or for those looking for a weekend get-a-way. "

"we picked this place because it was newly remodeled and was told it had a hot tub and heated pool. it is further away from our destination than we usually stay but came here for the tub. it was not operational. so we had to drive further each day to visit out daughter and did not have use of hot tub. we absolutely would not have strayed if we had known. the site should have notified people of such."

"It was very clean and the staff was nice. The view of the river was nice. The room was very small considering I had paid for a suite. The mattress slid around on the bedframe. I kept having to fix it. There is very little counter space in the bathroom. I had to leave all of my toiletries on the dresser and only bring in a few items at a time as I was using them. Also very few outlets to use for charging. I feel like I overpaid for what I got."
