This is a great hotel waterpark option for families to get away. The waterpark is clean. Staff is friendly and it’s not too crowded. This is our second stay with them. We will definitely be back.

I brought my baby for the first time to the water park, unfortunately the water was super cold, All the kids where walking around freezing, for the amount of money they charged they should warm up the pool for the lilttle ones

My family and I enjoyed the waterpark, and the rooms. Unfortunately the food options were not as enjoyable. The breakfast buffet had very minimal options, most especially for the price - I didn't appreciate paying $10 a child for cereal. Also, for $20 a person for adult, there were very limited choices, and quality was subpar. We went for breakfast with Santa, and he did not stay for pictures as we were not made aware of end time by hostess by the time we had finished breakfast.
