Rooms were fine. Hot tub was shut down for duration of stay, with no notice of it being closed on Expedia. All yogurt in fridges expired for a couple days before being replaced. Thermostat in room needed to be set to 27 (max) to get the room to 22. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean. Doesn’t meet the standard of other Canalta hotels I’ve stayed at.

Very nice hotel- excellent staff and breakfast. We were next to the pool and that room is a bit noisy with the heat/ pipes. Nothing ear plugs can’t fix but beware of that.

Booked 3 rooms, and were not placed together. One room was even on a different floor. When asked if we could have rooms together, was told “we have no clean rooms and cleaning staff is gone”. We also witnessed someone being turned away because they had no clean rooms for them to stay.
