"Attentive and professional staff, generally clean and tidy, just a little tired and dated fixtures and fittings. The refrigerator was very noisy (throughout the night cooling nothing inside) there weren’t enough cloths hangers for a weeks worth of business meetings, there is no minibar as they suggested, and surfaces were a little sticky and dusty round the edges. Despite one very pleasant evening in the bar (after a particularly long day), two subsequent visits were aborted due to no staff?"

"We really loved the decor of this property. It is not for everyone so do check out the photos before booking. They also provide le labo toiletries which is amazing and the highlight of our stay. I believe the room is slightly bigger than your average HK hotel room. The hotel is also conveniently located near the train station and is walking distance to many eateries.
