Lovely staff in all areas. Bar Manager Wael was great. Always making sure we were happy with the service. Barmen work hard everywhere, always smiling and eager to pkease. Good location. Choice of pools. We chose Chillax, over 16's. Restaurant staff very helpful. Air con in the rooms not overly effective, but it was 45 degrees 😂. Would go again.

多くのスタッフが滞在時間をより充実したものにしてくれようと接してくれましたが、丁寧な方とテキトーな方の両極端といった印象です。バーや受付のスタッフからアジア人だからか冷たくされたことを覚えています。またルームキーの反応が悪く開けるのに5-10分ほど格闘しました。夕食の際にビールの提供がされなかったのが残念です。水回りは年季を感じますが総じてステキなホテルだと思います。

Esperienza generalmente molto positiva, considerando il rapporto prezzo-qualità, pranzo/cena buffet buono e variegato, spiaggia e barriera corallina il punto forte, camera top, personale molto gentile, in particolare abbiamo apprezzato Monir (pulizie) e Islam Khalil alla reception che addirittura ci ha consentito di fare il late check-out gratuito ed era sempre molto gentile e disponibile. Piccola nota dolente è sicuramente il sedicente ristorante italiano (Verdi)…da migliorare.

Dil bilmememe rağmen her konuda yardımcı olmanız, temizlikten düzenine kadar her şeyle özenle ilgilenmeniz, tatilimi çok daha huzurlu ve keyifli hale getirdi. Personnes très professionnelles, polis, accueillantes et réactives à toutes demandes et à n'importe quelle heure. Nourriture très variées et bonnes. E dehors du énorme buffets (3x par jour), 2 restaurants supers à disposition. Chambre spacieuse (un peu ancienne mais très bien entretenue). Petits cadeaux à chaque fois que la chambre était nettoyée (pâtisserie, fruits, etc.). Pas mal d'activités à disposition. Salon de beauté super chouette, personnes géniales. Salon de massage au niveau de l' infrastructure, ça va mais les massages TOP ! La salle de fitness, pas bien, cela dit, la chambre est assez grande pour faire quelques exercices, et les activités en dehors ne manquent pas! Les piscines superbes, bien nettoyées (eau salée dans la plus grande). Des bars un peu partout dans l'établissement avec un service des plus rapides et sympa. Je conseille fortement cet établissement!!!

Great small hotel .

This a great small hotel. Two small beaches, very cozy. Very quiet and your able to get away from the noisy pool area as the beach is down some small stairs. Food is okay and staff very happy and friendly. Very Russian and Ukrainian oriented, but they were very nice too. I’d describe the hotel as a 3 star and I’d definitely stay here again.

Don't come near this resort

The resort looks amazing from the outside but the outside only. This terrible resort ruined my trip to Sharm El Sheikh. The customer server was just trash. He kept trying to steal money from me. First his said he doesn't have the reservation and I need to give him conformation number, I had the email with conformation number and everything. Then he said you have to pay extra because your reservation is for one person, I showed him the app and it says 1 room 2 people. He made me wait for like an hour just to check me in. Everyone was just trying to steal money, they send someone to the room to show me how to use the air condition, how to close the curtain and how to use the toilet like I am a kid. I think the purpose was to see where my stuff is so they can steal it when I'm not in the room. The restaurant was always crowded because this is a cheap hotel and the food was bad too. Read the other reviews people have left and stay away from this resort if you want to have fun in Sharm El Sheikh.

Old Hilton with TOO many Damn rules!

A old Hilton! they cannot even give you a juice with your dinner and bft package only water! you wanted a coffee or tea with your dinner it cost 2$ ? WHAT the? is the hilton hotels chain so cheap they cannot give a instant coffee or hot water with a cheap tea bag for bft + dinner pkge customers. The reason we choose this pckage, was because we came in at 6 pm. and left at 9 am the next morning! SO we didnt need an all inclusive deal! But what a circus. The staff are abit rude. They will charge you 100LE if you have food left over on your plate! OMG! one of the worst HILTON hotel, I'd stayed in. The people connection is lacking. They have one sliding door for entry and one for exit... What an unwelcoming feeling to start with! This was not a holiday place, but a old hotel with a million military rules! the opposite of fun!

Being your earplugs: infants accepted

Rooms are not sound insulated; but hotel accept not only children below age 12 upto 3 per room - but even infants below age 2. And not is some children-oriented area but throughout all hotel. So bring your earplugs but even with them not except deep undisturbed sleep

Staff was excellent, especially housekeeping people and the reception. They are truly 5 star level. Some facilities are bit old, and swimming pool is quite salty (maybe because of sea water usage?) Cleanliness is satisfying, and you’ll find out here as a comfortable place. If I can request, a bit more dishes for breakfast will even nicer.

Liked the rooms, quality bedding and quite. Breakfast buffet was good. We didn't do full meal plan so it was difficult to find something to eat, restaurants were closed. Didn't care for location, not swimmable beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. Used beauty salon and spa, good service.

My stay at Hilton waterfalls

For the beginning, when i first got there they told me i got no reservation, it took them 10 minutes to find my reservation and another 30 min to prepare my room, the are salesmen walking in the pool area and they are very pushy it did made me feel uncomfortable, the big swimming pool is NOT clean. And breakfast is pretty bad. Out of that- the hotel is beautiful.

Hilton Waterfalls is a very old hotel, and many of the rooms are really old with bad maintenance, same applies also on the public areas like the Gym and elevator were one of only two elevators in the hotel was out of service all the time. My vacation was in July and the weather was very very hot, still the air conditioning was always turned off during the heating hours in the restaurant and lobby. It felt like eating breakfast and lunch in a Sauna room, we were swimming in our sweat that our clothes get completely wet. The breakfast and lunch hours were always unpleasant. The same applies for the gym, it was a very small room, no air-condition and exercising was a nightmare. No cleaning and bad maintenance of the machines, in several occasions there were kids in the gym playing which was so annoying. The internet is another star down for this hotel. The free internet is only in the public area and it was always very poor, to get internet in the room you have to pay 10$ a day, which is not worth. The cleaning in public area was also very poor, you might see cups in the swimming pools, and public toilets are not clean. Sellers are all around you by the pool and you don’t get any peace of mind. Despite everything, the stuff working in the hotel are amazing, very nice and concerned fo provide the best service. The room was always clean and decorated with funny figures thanks to mr. Mohammed Ragab. The food always was delicious at dinner time and we had a great vacation anyway
