"Cons: found nail clippings in a corner of or our room that should have been spotted and cleaned when the room was turned over. Had to ask for sheets, pillows and blankets for the sofa sleeper and extra TP. Non-working or lack there of a fan in the bathroom and no make up mirror. Pros: Friendly and attentive staff. "The hotel is terrific except the walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING from the occupied rooms next to you. The staff were great and friendly, breakfast was good, and the location and easy access is all wonderful. If you can sleep through other people talking, watching TV, etc. this is a great place."

"We stayed there because we wanted to be right by the Ford Center and wow amazing! At first our the room we received didn't have a view of the ford center and that area so I called down and asked if there was any chance we could switch rooms...within minutes they were able to give me this request and came up and zipped our bags right across rhe hall! It was so amazing! Our trip was strictly all about Dallas Cowboys everything as this is my hubby's favorite fball team so seeing the big screen and having a slight view of the practice field was indeed a big deal for us 😁. Everyone was so nice and everything at this property was clean and beautiful!"
