"A very nice hotel, very modern and clean. The staff in the restaurant do understand English very well, and keep getting your order for food wrong. Asked for a bucket of ice and never got it. asked for a pot of tea with two tea bags in it, and just got a pot of hot water. Then a pot with one tea bag, but no milk for the tea. Asked for turkey bacon, which is normally on the buffet, but not avaiable one morning. Was told they would prepare some and bring it to the table. 20 minutes later, finished with breakfast and still no turkey bacon. Chased up the manager who went into the kitchen to order it, as it had never been ordered and took another 10 minutes. Staff needs to learn to communicate in English with the majority of the customers. "

"Great property, walking distance to the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful!!! Breakfast buffet was fantastic. There is even a small shop on the property for snacks and drinks. We would definitely chose this protest again should we return to Dubai. "
