"Great room, only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is that there’s building works and the gym wasn’t operational which wasn’t displayed on the Expedia booking site. But it might explain why I paid less. Other than that the room was lovely, clean and new. They left some sweet treats and coffee pods for the Nespresso machine and had a mini milk in the fridge. The body wash/ shampoo etc smelled great. Lots of little extras made it a comfortable stay. "

"This hotel is in a fantastic central location. Staff were brilliant. We loved the mezzanine as it was a great place to chil when we got back after a day out and about. Spotlessly clean room and hotel.. We had breakfast in the restaurant. It was great to be able to pay as you go we had delicious porridge and a large coffee each day. I was a little disappointed with the room and bathrom. They were tired and small. We didn't ask for another room when we arrived and just enjoyed our holiday as maybe I hadn't looked closely enough. If I booked again I would look carefully at the room options. "

"The rooms are large and decorated in the heritage style expected for this hotel. I stayed for the architecture of this hotel and was somewhat disappointed with my stay. Only one staff member was on reception and dealing with some complex issues for another customer. The wait was long after delayed flights. Was given a room with twin beds despite travelling solo. The tv service was out & no menus available in for room service that closed shortly. Once ordered down at reception, salad arrived quickly and was delicious. I wish I could’ve stayed more than one night and had a better first impression. "

"Always enjoy my stay here. The beds are super comfy and the pillow selection is great. The rooms are very quiet although if you are backed onto the lane way their can be some early unloading for goods for the restaurants near by. But I am assuming this isn't often. The staff are very friendly too. It's conveniently located just at the top end of China town so only a short stroll into the CBD and who can say no to a free beverage at 5pm! Also great restaurants close by. Has become a regular stay option for me. "

"It’s our second time here and we are still impressed. Started with the check in, very smooth and 2 friendly and helpful guys ( Cameron and sorry i didn’t get the name of the second person) at the reception. Celebrating a birthday and we were surprised with a birthday card and a cake. We had a 2 bedrooms suites and it’s very comfortable and spacious. Relaxing at the pool and jacuzzi and not to forget very well situated. Everyone was very happy and we will be back for sure. "
