Their staff is amazing, detail oriented and very welcoming! I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who will visit Shanghai. Their staff helps me on literally all problem and question ! Excellent service and great hotel experience!

Great holiday with the Shanghai St Regis ! Beautiful view of skyline and river walks along Bund. Enjoyed the fitness room, pool, hotels Chinese restaurant was lovely, and enjoyed evening cocktails in hotel bar/ lounge. Rooftop restaurants and cocktails in walking distance, nearby museums, temples, gardens, noodle shops. Thank you for memorable stay !

Amazing place by the Bund. Great service and amazing hotel. Will stay there for sure when I come back. The only thing I can complain about is the invoice in pdf that was never sent to my email, but with this review I'm sure they will send it and it was probably just forgotten. Until next time.
