"What a beautiful property with an amazing staff! The hospitality is the best we have ever had on our travels throughout Italy. The stay on the property revolves around the dining experience, which is traditional Sicilian cuisine. There are multiple pools that would be amazing to lounge by in the summer months. "We were looking for a quiet place outside Catania and this was a perfect fit. We stayed 1 night and were able to have our lunch, dinner, and breakfast before leaving right at the hotel. "Unique, quiet, and very beautiful. I travel a lot and truly enjoyed a special experience here! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and well-equipped, the food was great, and the location was outstanding. They could invest in a few signs out on the road and on the grounds (it is a working farm) to help ease any confusion for first-time guests, but otherwise I have no complaints. Highly recommended!"
