Perfect from start to finish.
"Great stay. Staff were very helpful and professional. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet, with a nice view of the castle. We enjoyed the complimentary spa facilities, using the indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Breakfast was excellent, with large choice of hot and cold dishes to choose from. ..."

"There was never anyone at reception so no service. The room was never cleaned. Had to walk 150m to the breakfast which was absolutely awful."
