"I had a pleasant stay. Staff was very accommodating. I wish I could have used my debit card instead of cash for snacks, washer/dryer, etc. Also, I turned up the heater at night because there weren't enough blankets on the bed. Also, I had to walk through the snow daily to get to Trinity, so I would have appreciated a short walking path without snow."

"Booked a last minute room to be close to the airport before a winter storm was predicted to hit! This was definitely a great stay. Beautiful hotel. For the first time we took advantage of a hotels front sitting area to enjoy the cozy fire they had and some drinks from the bar. Room and beds were comfortable and the airport shuttle was a huge plus!"

"The check in process was smooth and the attendant at the front desk was very cordial and offered assistance at the ready. The pool was a little chilly but perfect size for kids to hang out in. Everything was clean. No issues. Breakfast was beyond anything I expected. Would definitely recommend "

"We have always stayed here when in town to visit family since it a convenient location. The staff is always very pleasant and eager to assist guests. The breakfast is great and complete: there is something for everyone. The hotel is undergoing renovations; however, upon booking our 7-night stay I never received any type of communication concerning the renovations. The pool/hot tub area was closed and the beds/linens were in poor shape. I think rooms that need updating should not be used until...

"I was really surprised by this hotel. I got a good deal, and it turned out to be a very nice property. Great area with tons of shopping and restaurant options. Only one note (and nothing really about the hotel) - a map will make it seem like you're very close to lots of places within walking distance. This being Pittsburgh, however, there are big elevation changes. You might be very close to Ikea, but you'd have to walk over a cliff to take the direct route. Just something to keep in mind. "

"Lobby left a lot to be desired. Hotel is definitely not handicapped accessible. Lobby doors don’t open automatically and you have to climb a set of steps (no elevator), even when your room is on the first floor. Stayed here, in part, because of the free breakfast, but it wasn’t really worth eating. But the bed was comfortable and there were lots of pillows. I had a good night’s sleep which is really all that matters."

"Recently updated, this was a lovely hotel to stay at. The front desk personnel was delightful. The room was comfortable and quiet. Excellent water pressure in the shower, I was actually able to wash my curly hair (iykyk). I would definitely stay here again. My daughter had a dance workshop at this hotel the next day so staying overnight made it very convenient. "
