Check in was tough. Needed to have neighboring businesses call to get access (we didn’t have cell service). Listed office hours were not attended. We never saw an “office”. When we did find staff, he was friendly but ultimately didn’t help much. Beds not particularly comfortable. TV was missing from wall mount.

THE WORST PLACE- Do not stay here
No human being should stay at this pension. No farm animals should stay here. It is the worst place I have ever been in. I am a world traveler to over 100 countries. Dirty, noisy, no reception, NO HEAT, over priced, I have no idea how they have a 6 good rating. I tried to get a refund as soon as I went into my room. No refund for 3 night stay. I immediately found another hotel so I paid double.

I read some reviews saying it wasn't the most luxurious place but at least it was clean. Well, the bathroom wasn't clean so that wasn't true. There wasn't any remote to the AC and it was preset to 28 so it was marginally better than the outside 30 degrees. Bed was small and highly uncomfortable. The location was good and the bedsheets were washed so it wasn't a 1 out of 10. Would I stay there again? Absolutely not.

Traditonal and clean accommadation
We just wanted a room to stay before flying home. This accomadation was clean, traditional, friendly and safe. Great value for money and situated in the heart of the city yet quiet and comfortable enough for a good sleep.

Nice stay in the heart of Seville old town
Location: it is at the centre of the old town and everything is in walking distance Room:we got a double room (115) with big attached bathroom, AC, two extra bed, clean at only £25. Staff: Although the staffs/owner did not speak fluent English, they were really nice and friendly. Very warm and helpful. P.S: if you want a modern 4/5Star hotel this is not the place..but if you are looking for a nice, clean room with AC and Bathroom at a close proximity to the old town with a lot of character , it is a nice choice.

Very tired facility
Great location, but has had little updates in a long time. Tight on space, old uncomfortable matresses, aged sheets and blankets, few. elec. outlets,. Electricity went out 4 times one evening. Heating was hard to regulate.

bed bugs..
Left the hotel covered in bed bug bites... Just on one hand over 15 bites, all body covered in them, even face. As the bite marks only appear many hours after being bitten, we discovered this after checking out. Now we're scratching like crazy, cleaning everything and hoping that we won't need to call pest control for our house... Apart from that the hotel is exactly as described and seen in pictures. If there were no bed bugs we would have been very satisfied with our stay.

Basic accommodation in a good location
The location of the pension was great, you're right in the old city and there are many attractions within walking distance (and a taxi stand right outside the door). The staff were lovely and even though they spoke no English, it wasn't a problem for me (I don't speak Spanish). The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were basic but clean. There was no air conditioning in our room but two big fans did the trick. (Some rooms did have air conditioning). Overall, I would recommend this place to those who are looking for good budget accommodation.

The location was awesome. A few issues. The room was small a double and single bed with fan - shared bathroom. No hot water - cold shower. Bed was hard. There was an enclosed courtyard where people could smoke - so no fresh air at all. WIFI non existent. They would be better off saying no wifi, it was that bad. Other guests were loud all night - some guy even walking around with his 'bits' out in the middle of the night. Id say stay here for any price up to €40 p/n and it would be acceptable. Was charged for the room twice - apparently this also happened to others.

Stay Away - Horrible!
The hotel was very dark, extremely dirty and noisy, not suficiente hot water for two people ( You have to wait for the water to be heated up again.), a plastic sheet was put under the very thin sheet which is very uncomfortable and unbearable, leaking water in the bathroom, the shower curtain does not cover at the bottom, very old tiny TV, etc.. The room was not cleaned by 6:00 PM when we returned. We had to beg for clean (actually old worn out) towels. The worst is the rude staffs, for exemple, the staff was shouting at us because we woke him up when we left early in the morning to catch a bus. We could not sleep well nor relax in the room. We definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away!
