"Overall love this property. It is clean, it is in the town so you can walk to the nearby restaurants. The property itself is diverse and offers multiple pools along with other activities such as ping pong, etc. The one (and very large) downside is the parking situation which is why I could not give a 5 star rating. The property is on a dead end road, with parking all along it, however the spots were completely filled for the duration of our stay. The front desk notified us of a parking lot,...

"Apartments were very clean, well equip and had very friendly and helpful staff. Location is next to noisy German Bars and in busy season has music until 4am. Not ideal for families but cannot fault actual apartments and staff."

"The property was amazing and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice clean apartment and housekeeping was available. A few minutes walk from the beach and shops were nearby too. Lovely swimming pool 😍"

"Great place for families we have young children and they were totally in love with the pools as 2 are around 25cm deep so even our 16 month old Al could stand up herself. The staff were also very friendly towards the kids not worried by food on floor etc which is inevitable. "

"We will not be staying here again no cleaning done in our apartment , our sun beds not washed or the floors around the complex. I had to ask for sheets to be changed after a week In that heat. The chamber maids where lovely. You did get clean towels every day. "

"Really liked the hotel. Pool is amazing ! very big and clean. We traveled with 2 kids aged 7 and 8 and we really liked the fact that the pool had the perfect depth where the kids could play freely without the fear of drowning. Also hotel is close to the main street where all the local shops and restaurants are however it was very quiet. Plus, the beach is only about 10 min walk. Highly recommend this hotel. "A lovely hotel with clean rooms. It was in a great location for the beach and centre of town. There were a variety of food options too. The only negative encounter that we had was with an elderly waiter who was rude and pressurised us into buying drinks at the meal. His customer service skills were abrupt and he came across as being rude. However, all other staff were fantastic and the hotel itself was great. The kids Animation Team for the children was also brilliant. "

Es sind für mich mit abstand die freundlichsten Mitarbeiter an der Player die ich in den letzten Jahren erlebt habe. Das Essen ist umfangreich und sehr gut. "Breakfast was buffet style, with plenty of choice...more than I could sample! Dinner was waiter service, with a choice of 3 courses. I much prefer buffet, as the choice is limited to the menu and a special each day. For a stay over a few days I would be fed up with it. Spa had 2 saunas one hot and one set cooler, also a steam room. Indoor pool had lots of jets of various sorts, but too small to swim in. Bar very quiet but it was late November. Local area similarly not busy and lots of shops closed. Room large, included a coffee machine and kettle and a bottle of water a day. No English TV. Bath area with two sinks, toiletries etc."

"This was an incredible stay, our first time doing half board and we weren't disappointed. Options were always varied and delicious every night. There are many facilities to use including at least 3 swimming pools. The sky restaurant is fantastic and you get some surreal views. Most importantly staff give the place a heart, they're incredibly friendly and helpful. We want to recognise Ghazi, Joyce and one half Nigerian/Jamaican guy (sorry we couldn't remember his name) and countless others we'd like to thank and applaud. We would highly recommend this stay for anyone in the future as well as us coming back to stay."

"Front desk was very welcoming, informative, friendly. Rooms, bathroom, balcony were very clean! Happy with that. Had the ocean view and beaches are a very short walk from the hotel!! Was a quiet neighbourhood for good sleep. Need a car otherwise have to take the bus to old town which takes around 40 min and uncomfortably packed with tourists. Use google maps as there are multiple bus stops to get to old town. On checkout day, I took the bus which stops right in front of the hotel with my luggage to the mall by the airport and they have free luggage storage!! Spent the afternoon shopping before continuing to bus to airport and fly out. "
