"The property was amazing and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice clean apartment and housekeeping was available. A few minutes walk from the beach and shops were nearby too. Lovely swimming pool 😍"

"Overall love this property. It is clean, it is in the town so you can walk to the nearby restaurants. The property itself is diverse and offers multiple pools along with other activities such as ping pong, etc. The one (and very large) downside is the parking situation which is why I could not give a 5 star rating. The property is on a dead end road, with parking all along it, however the spots were completely filled for the duration of our stay. The front desk notified us of a parking lot,...

"Apartments were very clean, well equip and had very friendly and helpful staff. Location is next to noisy German Bars and in busy season has music until 4am. Not ideal for families but cannot fault actual apartments and staff."

"We will not be staying here again no cleaning done in our apartment , our sun beds not washed or the floors around the complex. I had to ask for sheets to be changed after a week In that heat. The chamber maids where lovely. You did get clean towels every day. "

We traveled with 2 kids aged 7 and 8 and we really liked the fact that the pool had the perfect depth where the kids could play freely without the fear of drowning. Also hotel is close to the main street where all the local shops and restaurants are however it was very quiet. Plus, the beach is only about 10 min walk. Highly recommend this hotel. "The unique thing about this hotel that this is a chain of hotels which are close to each other. the Inturotel Esmeralda Park has many facilities which are available to the resindents of other Inturotel hotels. "The hotel is lovely, the breakfast has a lot to offer... I would say the room is quite small and does not seem 4* and did have a sewer like smell from the air con. I would stay again but do think the price does not reflect the quality. "
