Ms. Gecem from the guest services department and the front office manager, Mr. Ozgur, were extremely attentive and helpful. Kudos to both! Compared to last year's stay, the aquapark was closed, the family restaurant was closed. No alert or informatio' was provided in advance, only when we reached the hotel we discovered that these 2 great options are not available. Having that information would have impacted our decision to book.

We have arrived with our young baby and the room was right in front the SArena, very loud music was up until 2AM, not reasonable at any way. We couldn't get a decent sleep all through this week. Besides, the rest was fine BUT it's hard to enjoy when you're tired. So unfortunately I won't recommend this resort.

The hotel itself is nice, food is decent , staff most of them are amazing, but it was very hot and we always had issues with the air-conditioning in the room, even the lobby and the restaurant they were very hot. Also as an expedia VIP hotel they didn't give us any of the perks promised, they even don't know anything about the program.
