"We arrived at the hotel after 18 hours on the road. Check in was very straightforward and then had a lovely relaxing meal in the restaurant. Our room was very comfortable and we had the most amazing sleep. Good bed and pillows which can be a bit of a hit or miss. "

"The breakfast and wonderful, friendly staff are the best features of this hotel and helped compensate for the other issues. The room temperature was uncomfortably warm. The hotel staff helped us adjust the thermostat, but it was still too warm. It was also very noisy. A tourist group was up very early and made a lot of noise in the hallway, and they woke us up. We didn't sleep well, but thoroughly enjoyed the delicious made-to-order scrambled eggs along with fresh squeezed juice and delicious croissants and pastries, etc. The staff were truly wonderful, especially the front desk girl in the morning. She was working so hard and made us feel right at home. Thank you! "
