"Exceptional Stay! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff is the heart of this hotel—friendly, professional, and always eager to assist. The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant decor, spotless rooms, and breathtaking views. My room was spacious, well-furnished, and incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. Housekeeping did an outstanding job maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a fresh and inviting atmosphere throughout my stay. The dining experience was equally impressive. Every meal was a delight, with fresh ingredients, delicious flavors, beautiful presentation, impeccable service and attention to detail. The facilities were also excellent. The pool was pristine and the spa a haven of relaxation. Overall, my stay at Hotel Rumah Luwih was absolutely wonderful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and outstanding service. With a few small additions, it could easily become a dream destination for all types of travelers. "

"My husband and I loved our stay at Genggong! We booked for 4 nights and extended it for further 4. There are so many things to rave about. Our room was on the second floor and the view of the ocean was incredible!!! The morning light and evening sunsets were breathtaking. We loved sitting on our balcony watching the fishermen and their activities, so entertaining. The very generous breakfasts were delicious with a wide choice. And the staff!!! They all are a sheer delight with the most beautiful smiles. We highly recommend going snorkelling with one of the fishermen. We went with Alex and he was wonderful but I’m sure the others would be great too. Alex took us to Blue Lagoon and Virgin beach. Great restaurants including the one at Genggong. We also loved Vincents, Warung Le Putu and the cutest Warung that was a 5 minute walk from the hotel. At the entrance to the hotel turn right down the village road and it’s about a 5 minute walk on the left. It’s a corner store where the locals eat. We’d love to go back. Thank you Genggong for our wonderful experiences and memories. "

"ROOMS ARE NICELY SECLUDED BEHIND WALLS THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY. THE OUTSIDE DOORS OPEN TO YOUR PRIVATE SPACE WITH OUTSIDE AMENITIES AND SLIDING DOORS INTO THE BEDROOM. STAFF ARE HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. "

"This is a lovely quiet place to stay. Our “shack” overlooking the sea was large and comfortable, quiet efficient air con. Lovely veranda to sit and watch the dolphins, and the gorgeous sunsets. Staff were lovely, friendly and efficient, and always smiling. Restaurant was very nice, but other restaurants in walking distance when you want a change. Virgin Beach a short drive away, beautiful! "

"An absolute must do for any animal lovers or families with kids! We had an amazing experience - African animals roaming around just outside your bedroom, safari tour, infinity pool, animal shows, breakfast with the lions and meerkats, friendly staff - what’s not to love! "

The property is a little tired, however if you can see past that you will love it. The spa was terrific, I ended up going there almost every day of our stay. I would definitely recommend this one!"
