I had no help to get to my room which was in a jungle and me dragging my bag into a dark unknown. I hated it. All wet and tired. No onceirge….? Toilet paper nil. Tissue paper nil. Very scarce and basic amenities. Considering i paid for premium water front chalet. Absolute let down. Will not stay again. "

This place was rated as 3 stars. If it Wanstead’s late at night, and I had checked the beds first, I would just leave and give up what I paid for another place. Unfortunately it was too late and the grab driver was gone. "
