"Stay here! This hotel was fantastic in every way. It was my first trip to Lithuania with my father who was born here. The trip was so special and this hotel made it perfect. We arranged an airport pickup and the driver met us at the airport with a name card. It was 35€ for three of us right up to the door. We took a Bolt taxi on the way back but the car service was special for arrival. We flew in for the Christmas markets and New Year’s Eve and it was located perfectly between them both....

"The property is beautiful on the surface, but after a couple of days in the room you start to notice small condition and attention to detail defects. The service from Housekeeping was hit and miss. Things not replaced in the rooms like tissues or laundry lists/bags. And despite having DND on my door, I woke to a staff member entering my room to deliver laundry back. "

"Amazing central location right next to the bell tower and cathedral! Super easy check in and check out. No key cards (they text you your room code) so no need to worry about having it on you all the time. Room was very clean and bed super comfortable. Lovely towels and chocolates on the pillow. Bottle of water each provided free of charge. Really useful to be able to store our luggage in the luggage room on the last day as we had a late night flight. "
