"Stunning unobstructed view of Matterhorn. Both the owner and the property manager were so generous over the duration of our stay when we had two day power outage in April 2025 due to record breaking snow storm. Very clean room and neatly kept laundry room. Easy access to Glacier Paradise Gondola.My wife and daughters really enjoyed the area. Highly recommend it to family with preteen/teen age kids. Walk to bus stop was a bit tiring, but good warm up in the morning."

"Hospitality was top notch. The place was super clean & comfortable. The breakfast was a nice spread, it was also pet friendly which was not good for my husband who is allergic to dogs & we didn't like the fact that the hostess kept touching & petting all the dogs in the room & then fixed plates & handeled food without washing or at the very least sanitize her hands."

"The staff were incredible! The service was truly above and beyond! Our room had a view of the Matterhorn, which was amazing, though I do wish we had been one floor higher for a bit more privacy. We loved having the sauna and steam shower right in our room, it made for a wonderfully relaxing stay. The location is a bit remote and made getting around a little challenging, but it ended up working out perfectly for us since it rained during our visit. We took full advantage of the spa and even got massages. The room service, restaurant, and included buffet breakfast were all exceptional! "
