"This is a beautiful Boutique Hotel with a nice restaurant. The breakfast (included in our rate) was excellent. The staff was supper helpful pointing us in the right direction to book other trips to the surrounding areas. I will definitely comeback!"

"I have stayed in this hotel twice. The first time I was delighted with the breakfast. However, the second time it was an unpleasant experience. Coffee machine wasn’t working and at least two of the “hot” options were cold. "

"Close to mall and on main road allowing for quick Uber connections to various places including 20 minutes to city center. Rooms are small but amazing creative use of space, especially in the bathroom. Never seen anything like it. The aircon was quiet and worked well. So did WiFi. Breakfast is very basic but adequate. Some traffic noise on the street side. Wonderful supermarket across the street. Lots of food options, including the mall. "

"The property comprises several v comfortable appts. The front door of the property is locked at all times you must enter through the bar next-door. i’m not sure what would happen if you were trying to enter it when the bar was closed and the staff had gone home. That the hotel has access 24/7 is not exactly true"

Excellent and friendly

"They were great to me at the front desk upon arrival. My check in was for 2:00 pm but I got there at 12 pm instead, since i miscalculated my scheduling trip to Chihuahua city, but the lady at the front desk was very understanding and cool about the whole thing and still gave me the key for my room. Other than that, everyone here is very courteous, rooms are very well kept, bathrooms are nice, beds are nice and super comfortable. On top of that, the Hampton Inn hotel here is located in an excellent part where you can appreciate the city and also be able to enjoy yourself during your stay. All in all, I fully recommend the Hampton Inn to anyone that’s visiting Chihuahua city. "
