Getting worst

I've been stayed here a year before with better conditions. Brand new hotel with good cleanliness good wifi. But now when i stayed it getting worst. The bathroom so dirty, the jet shower is broken, the floor and table is so dirty, tv can't be watch because of the signals and no wifi. So bad to stay here
