"Stayed for 5 nights. The receptionist who helped us checked in was very nice. Ahe also recommended to rent a motorcycle so we can explore anytime we wanted to go out. Without the motorbike, I dont think we would have seen Lombok's natural beauty and its villages. Our overall experience was unforgettable. Thank you!"

They also had a WhatsApp channel for guests to contact them and their response time was impressively quick, which made communication very convenient. The location is quite secluded, which offers beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for those looking to disconnect. However, the maintenance of the villa left much to be desired. The villa exterior is in need of a paint job, the villa felt a bit worn, and cleanliness could be improved—towels and bedsheets had visible spots and stains. Additionally, the water pressure was quite weak, and we experienced a temporary issue with hot water. Thankfully, the staff responded quickly and resolved it. Food quality was good, though the selection was somewhat limited. Internet connectivity was intermittent. Overall, while the staff and scenery made the stay enjoyable, the resort could benefit from better upkeep and improved amenities. With some maintenance improvements, it has the potential to be a fantastic getaway."
