"The hotel is quite something!
Walked around the grounds and it was amazing.. To the spiral staircases, to the gardens to the violin playing over the speakers.
Room was spacious and the bed super comfortable.
The only neutral-negative comment would be the breakfast. It cost 15Euros which is fine. In fact it could easily be baked into the cost of the room and I wouldn't bat an eye since the stay itself it great value. The breakfast doesn't live up the magnificence of the rest of the hotel. "
"Not my first stay and not my last.
Although small and compact, the rooms are always clean and comfortable for a casual stay.
The furniture and bathroom always look and feel new, maybe because they are kept and cleaned very well. So I never feel like I’m in a tired building like sometimes I do in some chain hotels.
Parking spaces are always available.
The staff is extremely nice and professional.
The free drinking water is a nice touch.
I will go back for sure. "
"No check in whatsoever. No one in reception.
You will get a VERY CONFUSING email with a code for you to go into your room.
This is a hostel with shared bathrooms and toilets, not a family hotel. Don’t make the same mistake we did if you’re coming here with a family."
"Nice room, shower was good and air conditioning worked well. The tv was bigger than usual in budget rooms. The bed was ok but a bit squeaky. Plenty of parking and they were friendly on reception "
"I would love to give it 5 stars but due to the fact that the heat was not working was really bad specially when you are with an infant with you I literally had put his jacket on in the middle of the night because the room was freezing mind you we had a small heater on but in vain. I wish we had been informed of this situation before we arrived in order to weight our options or
not. But besides that the receptionist was very nice and helpful to us during our stay."
"It was a mistake to book this hotel via Hotels.com. The same hotel is 50% cheaper when booked via Accor directly. Contrary to what the Hotels.com app indicates at the booking, it is not possible to use one's one key credit for this hotel"
"If you don’t expect the Ritz after paying YMCA prices and judge this place on what you paid, then I couldn’t not give it 5 stars. Check in was easy, the room wasn’t the biggest but it had a large, clean and comfortable bed. The en suite was small but functional and without issue. Parking was free, always a bonus, and it had air conditioning, which was a godsend. I’ve stayed at much more expensive hotels this trip that didn’t.
My only moan is why provide a coffee machine but no pods or even cups to make a coffee in? Surely, as a traveller, I’m not expected to travel with a selection of pods in the hope one might work in your machine and bring my own cup to drink it in? Other than that, all is good. "
