"The history of this beautiful property is honored and maintained while also being modern and comfortable. The bed and linens were so cozy and our room was historic with the most refreshing modern rain shower. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Dinner in the restaurant was delightful, and drinks in the lobby were a highlight of our evenings. I was very well taken care of as someone with celiac disease (no gluten). Highly recommend this lovely property - the staff go above and beyond for the guests. It’s an easy walk along the aqueduct to all of Segovia. "

"A great choice of hotel for exploring Segovia. It’s right next to the Roman aqueduct, and you can walk up into the city to see the other attractions. If you arrive at Guiomar station then the local 11 bus drops you off across the road from the hotel. The staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. The room I had was spacious. I was happy with my choice. Very good local restaurant just along the road. "

The downstairs bar and seating areas scattered on other floors give you ample options to relax outside of your room. It's a very easy walk to the aqueduct and fabulous restaurants like Jose Maria. It is located in a beautiful where you have a fantastic view of the city we were given handicap Rome that appears to be quite small and there was now shower curtains, so there was water all over I should have decline that room and get a regular room. I think that they should have a coffee pot in the room where you can heat up your own coffee"
