"The property is very close to the tramway and the main street of Nice. It was very clean and well appointed. The property itself opens on to a pedestrian street ligned with eateries. Staff were pleasant and helpful."

"The staff is very friendly, you can get a taxi if needed in one to five minutes. The sea is only a few blocks away. There is a grocery store a block down, a pharmacy across the street, easy walk to the train station, and although the wallpaper is a bit odd, the room is nice and clean. I would add another trash can in the main area and give Americans a way to work through the television process, but otherwise it was perfect!"

"The 1 bedroom apartment was really cramped and not very clean. When we got to the hotel they charged us an extra 12 euros for parking. The sofa bed was not set up. The bedding was not clean as i found hairs on the sofa bed bedding."

"Property is a really nice old style flat, with a recently renovated kitchen. Its on the 5th floor of a 6 story building which has a secure elevator to access. Flat was clean when we arrived. It had a wrap around balcony with chairs and table for eating outside. I collected keys from My flat Nice's office located a 10 minute walk from property. first time in Nice

"we were originally given the wrong room but it was quickly resolved by the lovely lady at reception, amazing location, gorgeous hotel and wonderful staff! made our first time in Nice one to remember and we will definitely be back. The only thing i’d say is the air con not working so we opened the window but due to the street we were on (near the train station) it was extremely loud at night so struggled to sleep one night. Overall we loved our stay here and will be back "

"Excellent hotel in the heart of the old town, 2 mins walk to the beach and the tram that goes to the Nice train station. It on a side street and very quite. We have a two-level unit and the room is spacious. Bathroom is large. The room is well desingned and functional, internet was great. Highly recommended. "

"We loved our stay here! The view was amazing and the staff were lovely. The bed was super comfortable. When I booked I assumed the photo of the view had been manipulated but it NO it actually is like that in person! So amazing to sit with your doors open, looking over the French Riveria. We would definitely go back. "
