"It’s a lovely hotel. The staff are very kind and obliging. It’s walking distance from the Souq and the spa is wonderful. The hotel overall is very accommodating, spacious and professionally run They could use an update on the hotel decor , a little bit of wear and tear. Water sometimes wasn’t hot. The beach they advertised is actually private, so hotel guest are only allowed in certain parts."

"Everything was good apart from the quality of sleep. Ask for a ‘non-adjoining’ room or bring ear plus- unfortunately I wasn’t aware of this problem before I checked in - so I was woken up numerous times by the person next door: talking on the phone, watching TV, going in and out of his room (door slam loudly). "We stayed two nights - Family trip. We enjoyed the swimming pool and got breakfast/dinner at the buffet. Food was delicious. Staff was so kind and friendly. We had absolutely a blast. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be coming back . "

"This is the 2nd time I stay in the hotel and again, me and my family loved it. I stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment is very spacious and the rooms were big and clean. Bathrooms were OK .. Need renovation to be honest. Staff were very friendly and helpful all the times. Swimming pool is nice and the jacuzzi next to it is OK. There is also a kids pool available. All are outdoors and on the 7th floor. The view is nice whether its in the morning or evening. There is no longer breakfast available in the hotel which is OK for me. I went to Seef Mall everyday. I had breakfasts in different cafes in the morning. Talking about Seef mall, hotel is connected to it. There is an access to it from hotel's lobby. You can go and enjoy shopping or dining there anytime. My kids enjoyed going to the mall freely anytime. Overall, I enjoyed the stay again and I recommend it for families."
