Seebe Holidays

Older resort, was very noisy at night, with kids in neighbouring rooms running up and down loft stairs, was very loud and disturbing after 10pm. They did sort of “on demand” housekeeping, which was fine by us, but we would have to go get new towels and soap and the likes from the front desk everyday. But they accommodated us without any issue. Book early to avoid peak season pricing, we paid dearly for a room that had a nice view, but would have been fine at half the price down the road.

We checked in late and were given a room with a view of the parking lot. The front desk was very helpful and got us another room with a nice view the next day. The hotel was very nice and clean, had everything we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer. The daily housejeeping and washer and driver in the room were great!

Amazing visit as always; one of our favorite places to stay!

The aurora building elevator was not working so we had to take the stairs each time. Also, check in for the property in the beginning was difficult since there is no front desk and wanted like me to take a picture of myself prior to check in which could not upload on the Expedia message. Email did not go through whoever agent was asking for it for check in and the lady at the other end of the line barely spoke proper English.Also, the Spa is not “connected” to the resort, it’s its own separate entity even though it’s right there next to the resort. you need to pay extra for and took a rather long time to sign up. However, the pool and hot tub come with the resort and was rather nice
