"We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Staff were helpful and spoke English. The pool was an added bonus and the location was perfect for us to attend a concert at Alba Fucens' amphitheatre! The only slight negative was that the water pressure in the shower was not stable so it was fine one minute then it surged and was too hot. The only reason I gave it a 4* for the property facilities. Otherwise we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends."

"Lovely hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. Shuttle picked us up at the train staion which was easy and very helpful. Staff did their best to communicate with using English which was appreciated! The room was lovely, large, clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant was excellent! Best wine ever!"

"Davide is the BEST host, and 6 Stelle is a wonderful, spotless, gorgeous, lovely place to sleep, eat an excellent breakfast, and explore sweet Sulmona. You’re basically sleeping in history right there by the arches. Davide has great recommendations and speaks excellent English. He’s so friendly and cool. The shower, by the way, is great! Stay here!"

"Our two-night stay in Sulmona could not have been better. This six-room hotel, run by two brothers, is modern, clean, convenient to the center, and comfortable (great bed). Breakfast will fit any diet. Heat is more than ample. We asked them to recommend a driver to could take us into the mountains for c. 4 hours, and one of the brothers volunteered for a very fair price. Recommended without qualification."
